The World Series of Poker Circuit moved online during the live poker shutdown of 2020, and an all-online schedule was announced for 2021 with more than 180 rings to be awarded across 13 WSOPC online festivals this year. A number of the tour’s top competitors have added to their gold ring collections in recent months.

Ari Engel became just the fourth player to win 10 or more rings by taking down a $500 buy-in six-max pot-limit Omaha event during an online circuit stop in February. The 2019 WSOP bracelet winner now sits just four rings behind all-time leader Maurice Hawkins (14 rings) and two back from Valentin Vornicu and Joshua Reichard, who are tied for the second most rings with 12.

Daniel Buzgon has won three gold rings so far in 2021 online circuit events. He earned two victories in February, taking down a $300 buy-in no-limit hold’em freezeout event and a $500 buy-in eight-max event. In March he emerged victorious in a $320 buy-in ‘double stack’ event to join the exclusive group of just 20 players to have won seven or more rings.

Roland Israelashvili earned his seventh title on the tour in April by taking down a $2,000 buy-in six-max no-limit hold’em high roller event. David Larson’s seventh ring was also won in April, with his victory coming in a $250 buy-in no-limit hold’em turbo event. Arkadiy Tsinis earned his sixth gold ring in March. The Ukranian-born bracelet winner won a $500 buy-in six-max pot-limit Omaha event to become just the 27th player to ever win six or more rings.
