After coming out of nowhere to win the $20,000 Mystery Bounty tournament, Rubbathan told reporters how he made it to Vietnam.

“I won a package worth $100k in buy-ins. Everything else was also covered (business class flights and hotel). I decided to play the smallest buy-ins ($25k super millions, $15k NLH which I had 2 bullets, $20k Mystery Bounty, $25k turbo). In my second bullet of the $15k I came in 10th to bubble FT but cashed for $50k. I jumped straight into the $20k Mystery Bounty, and managed to take the entire thing down. I cashed for $636k including bounties!”

Even though our Vietnam qualifiers had a $2,650 buy-in, players on a budget had the opportunity to dream big. That’s because we offered affordable satellites, so everyone had a shot at what proved to be a transformational experience.

In keeping with the philosophy of Mr. Nagy, five fortunate ACR Poker players bagged a dream vacation package to Cyprus in April worth a whopping $110,000.

Once again, this wasn’t just about playing high-stakes poker in paradise against some of the best players on the planet. We also covered travel and accommodations, making sure our winners got to soak up the sun in style. Naturally, our ACR Pros and Stormers had a chance to win separate packages as well.

Splashing in the pool of extravagance and competing in a Super High Roller Series against the backdrop of Cyprus’s ancient ruins and breathtaking beaches was a one-of-a-kind experience. Our players truly had the time of their lives.

To top it all off, the flexibility with the tournament buy-ins allowed our players to make the most of this poker experience. Aside from being able to choose their own events in Cyprus, Mr. Nagy agreed to stake up to 50% of the buy-ins of each tourney they entered, giving players up to $50,000 in guaranteed cash.
