Dusk Till Dawn has announced details of its 2010 Monte Carlo event. The £1,000 + £90 buy-in event will run from Dec. 17 to 19 at the poker club in Nottingham with a guarantee of £200,000.
This year’s event is being produced as a pilot televised show with the intention of being broadcast on one of the mainstream UK television channels. Further details on this and also regarding satellites have yet to be released.
The event is capped at 333 and each player will sit down to a starting stack of 30,000 in chips with 60-minute blinds on day 1 and 75-minute blinds on day 2 and 3. Each day will begin at 2 p.m. and the structure will be the same as last year, mirroring that of the PokerStars EPT Grand Final in Monte Carlo.
Last year, Waheed Ashraf beat 300 players to take down the top prize of £93,113.
