The sixth annual World Deaf Poker Tournament will take place Saturday, November 6 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Southern Nevada Silver Knights (SNSK) and the American Society for Deaf Children are partnering together to sponsor the event, with proceeds going equally to both organizations.
Two Texas hold’em tournaments will be held for the deaf and friends of the deaf. The main event has a buy-in of $200 with a $100 entry free, and it begins at 10 a.m. The second chance event has a $100 buy-in with a $50 entry fee, and it begins at 4 p.m.
SNSK is an organization run by people who are either deaf or hard of hearing, and they work to provide assistance to deaf related services. The American Society for Deaf Children aids in the advancement of deaf children.
