To get the blood pumping on these cold December nights, PokerStars has announced the launch of its UK & Ireland £20k Festive Giveaway.
The Giveaway begins today and will run until Dec. 19 with two massive £20,000 freerolls on Dec. 12 and 19.
Freeroll satellites will run daily at 8 p.m. giving 18 players a seat in one of the £20,000 finals. At 8.30 p.m. there is another chance to get into the final via the £1.10 satellite which guarantees 99 seats in one of the £20,000 finals, plus this satellite has a guaranteed prize pool of £500.
Satellites are also currently running for the UK & Ireland Championship of Online Poker, which will take place at PokerStars from Dec. 5 to 12 with $512,000 guaranteed over 11 events, including a $150,000 guaranteed main event.
