Hundreds of players across Ireland and England will sit down at the felt simultaneously tomorrow evening, Apr. 1, at 9 p.m. to an 8,000 starting stack and 20-minute blinds for D-Day 1 Live.
With more than 75 venues confirmed for the big day, the event is anticipated to be one of Europe’s largest, if not the largest, poker tournaments.
When the field in each venue has been decreased to 25 percent of its original size, play will end. Records will then be kept of the players who remain as they will be coming together at the INEC Killarney, Ireland for day 2, to which there will be no direct buy-ins.
