Card Player magazine is seeking interns for this summer’s annual World Series of Poker. This is your chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of journalism assisting with editorial content and live tournament coverage while working as part of a dynamic, fast-paced media team.
A qualified applicant should have or be on their way to earning a degree in journalism or a related field, have a strong poker IQ, be at least 21 years old and must be able to work the length of the series, which runs from May 31-July 19, 2011.
All interested applicants must send in a resume, at least one writing sample and a cover letter that explains why your academic or professional background would make you a valuable member of the Card Player reporting team.
