Twenty-two year old German history and philosophy student Bjorn Schneider has become the 26th player to join Team PokerStars online.
Better known online as “Bjoerni89”, the Gottingen native specializes in $5,000 heads up sit “n” go tournaments and is close to becoming PokerStars all-time VIP player points record holder.
Remarkably Schneider only started playing poker two years ago, favouring nine-man sit “n” go’s before moving on to $100 heads up matches at the beginning of this year then rocketing up the levels to his current $5,000 heads up games.
