Nils Jarefjäll is the first champion of the European Masters of Poker season IV. The Swede topped a field of 231 to take down the €1,000 + €100 buy-in main event at the Card Casino in Prague.
A deal made heads up between Jarefjäll and Pim van Wieringen (based on stacks at the time) saw the Swede receive €42,227 plus the additional €10,000 which was left over for the victor. Van Wieringen took home €41,963 for second place.
