PaddyPowerPoker.com has today announced details of its upcoming Irish Open live stream. Coming to you live from the Burlington Hotel in Dublin, viewers are in for a treat from Apr. 6 to 9 as this year’s Irish Open looks set to be an action-packed, fun-filled, thriller of a festival with well-known pros taking part from all over the world.

Those who make the final table will be sequestered away with no communication with the outside world until they hit the rail. This is because the final will be aired live with hole cards meaning viewers will be able to get in on the action with various betting markets available, and they will also be given all hand information via the live stream’s new information console.

Another exciting feature this year is the site has confirmed that the stream will be re-broadcast with hole cards and additional analysis.

Joining regular Irish Open commentator Emmet Kennedy is American poker pro Dan O’Brien and many other guest commentators along the way, while Rebecca McAdam hits the floor with Tom Kitt and Rury Mason to bring viewers the latest news, roaming reports, and interviews.

Alongside the stream team is the Irish Open blog brigade bringing those at home chip counts, photographs, key hand information, and other details like the all-important prize pool. As if that wasn’t enough, poker fans can interact with the commentators, reporters, and bloggers via Twitter; as well as taking part in Paddy’s popular competitions throughout the weekend.

If spectating is not quite good enough, there is still a chance to qualify for the €3,500 buy-in main event at PaddyPowerPoker.com. There are five seats guaranteed this evening at 8 p.m. in a €250 + €25 buy-in no-limit hold’em freezeout, and there are 10 seats guaranteed tomorrow, Apr. 4 at 8 p.m. in a €300 + €30 buy-in turbo freezeout.

For those who took part in at least six Last Chance Saloon satellites there is also one seat guaranteed in the Very Last Chance Saloon which they can enter for free at 9.30 p.m. on Apr. 4.

Communications manager at the site, Paddy Power, said, “The Irish Open gets underway this Friday. Everyone is welcome to come down, play some poker or just soak up the atmosphere. For those who can’t make it and for those with an appetite for up-to-the-minute information and analysis we have the live stream, blog, Twitter, Facebook and urge everyone to check in and get involved!"

CardPlayer.com will be streaming this event so stay tuned for daily updates and links to the live stream over the Easter break.
