The Eureka Poker Tour is visiting Latvia for the first time and festivities kick off later today at the Royal Casino SPA & Hotel Resort in Riga with a satellite into Tuesday’s High Roller event.

Those interested in the €1,850 + €150 buy-in High Roller can try to qualify this evening at 8 p.m. (local time) via the €100 + €10 buy-in no-limit hold’em rebuy satellite (rebuys/add on cost €50). The starting stack is 2,000 and blinds increase every 25 minutes.

There is another chance to win a High Roller seat at a lower cost in a similar satellite Tuesday at 2 p.m.. The difference here is the starting stack is 1,000 and blinds go up every 15 minutes. The High Roller then begins at 5 p.m. with a starting stack of 20,000 and blind levels of 40 minutes in length.

The highlight of the debut Tour stop however is the €1,000 + €100 buy-in no-limit hold’em freezeout main event. This tournament begins on Thursday, Oct. 4 at 1 p.m. with the first of two starting days and wraps up with the crowning of a new champion on Sunday, Oct. 7.

Players sit down to 15,000 in chips and blind levels which increase every 60 minutes. Each starting day is capped at 200.

Aside from a variety of side events, there are also plenty of live satellites for the main event. Before action begins on Thursday there are two chances to qualify. Tomorrow, Oct. 2, at 8 p.m. there is a €100 + €10 no-limit hold’em freezeout satellite featuring blinds of 20 minutes and a 6,000 starting stack.

Then on Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 3 and 4, at 8 p.m. there is a €150 + €15 buy-in no-limit hold’em turbo freezeout satellite. The starting stack is 7,000 and blind levels go up every 15 minutes. Thursday’s satellite is the final chance of qualifying as it runs alongside day 1A, with day 1B to follow on Friday, Oct. 5.
