Greg RaymerGreg Raymer emerged victorious in the Heartland Poker Tour Missouri main event at the River City Casino in St. Louis, earning $121,973 and his second HPT title of the year. In July Raymer took down the HPT event at the Route 66 Casino Hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico for $71,875.

A total of 336 players posted the $1,650 buy-in, building a total prize pool of $487,872. A number of notables made deep runs along with Raymer, including St. Louis’ own Dennis Phillips, who finished seventh for $14,636. Former HPT Oklahoma champion Shawn Roberts finished fourth for $37,810.
