Cypriot Wins Eureka Poker Tour Prague Main Event

Menikos Panagiotou Takes Down €137,100 For Topping 652-Strong Field In Czech Republic

Courtesy of PokerStarsMenikos Panagiotou has won the PokerStars Eureka Poker Tour Prague main event lifting €137,100 for beating 651 opponents in the €1,100 buy in event.

Panagiotou eliminated six of his seven opponents at the final table, doing a deal threehanded, including the second and third placed players.

He was 5:1 ahead in chips when he got heads up against Robert Vukovic, a Croatian Supernova Elite, and soon after his 7-7 held up against K-T for the title and fist place prize money.

The 29-year-old said after his victory, “My friends helped, psychologically for sure.”
