FireOne Plc, the company that runs FirePay, announced that it will not do business with customers in America who use its service to fund their online poker accounts after George W. Bush signs the Safe Port Act.

Language was inserted into the Safe Port Act that will make it harder for players to deposit money into their poker accounts. To visit CardPlayer.com's archive of legislation stories, click here.

Bush is expected to sign the act within two weeks and possibly as early as Friday.
