Helsinki Freezeout 2013 Poker Festival Underway

In a week when Barry Greenstein said Finnish poker players were the best poker players per capital in the world it may be advisable for mere mortal players to avoid Helsinki as the Freezeout 2013 festival swings into gear for the 18th time.

With one €200+20 no-limit hold’em rebuy event already done and dusted there is a full week of fast and furious action in the annual event at Grand Casino Helsinki in the Finnish capital.

There are two, €2,000 buy in championship events in no-limit hold’em and pot-limit Omaha (six max) as well as Soko and seven-card stud tournaments.
