The Boylepoker.com International Poker Open London is barely a week old and already the organizers are adding extra days to accommodate the expected large crowd.
Aspers Casino, Stratford, London will host the £200 + £25 buy in event from April 17 to 21, 2013 – this now means three day 1s from players to choose from and a separate day for the final table.
Additionally the tournament will become a re-entry event so players knocked out on day 1A and day 1B are able to re-enter on the remaining starting days.
Head of poker at Boylesports.com, Ciaran Corbett, said, “After taking some feedback from players and discussing our options with Aspers we’ve decided to add an extra starting day to IPO London 2013, host the final table on a separate day and add a re-entry element.
“This will accommodate more players, bulk up the prize pool and, most importantly, increase the comfort factor for players, many of whom will travel from far and wide to play in the event.”
The full schedule for the IPO London 2013 main event now looks like this:
Day 1A: Wednesday April 17, 2013 (Play starts at 7pm & finishes at 12:40am)
Day 1B: Thursday April 18, 2013 (Play starts at 7pm & finishes at 12:40am)
Day 1C: Friday April 19, 2013 (Play starts at 7pm & finishes at 12:40am)
Day 2: Saturday April 20, 2013 (2pm start & finishes at 02:00am)
Day 3: Sunday April 21, 2013 (2pm start finishes at 02:00am)
Players can get their qualification underway this Friday, February 8 at 8.30 p.m. at Boylepoker.com in a £5 + £0.50 with four IPO London 2013 seat tokens worth £900 added by the sponsor.
