Event 9 – $440 No-Limit Hold’em $100,000 Guarantee

Daniel SindelarEvent no. 9 of the inaugural Card Player Poker Tour Wynn Las Vegas featured a guaranteed prize pool of $100,000. But with 521 total entrants, that target was more than doubled, with a final prize pool of $202,148. The top 54 players are set to make the money, with a first-place prize of $41,238 going to the eventual champion.

After two starting days, only 71 players remain. The chip leader is Jeff D’Alessio with 462,100. Notables still in contention include Mark Roland (174,800), Gary Bolden (164,00), event no. 1 winner Daniel Sindelar (157,200), Ben Palmer (121,500), Brett Shaffer (107,400), Don Zewin (91,000), Dan Alspach (90,100), Eric Baldwin (61,700), A.P. Phahurat (48,600), Joe Kuether (37,200) and Brent Hanks (35,800).
