Those interested in getting involved or who are already involved in the poker industry should pack their bags and book a flight to Costa Rica in early December for the second Poker Industry Expo.
The expo will be held Dec. 7 and 8 at the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel in San Jose. Registration costs $550 before Oct. 31, $650 before Nov. 24, and $750 thereafter.
With the climate of online poker changing so drastically due to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, the conference will be loaded with speakers sharing their opinions about the law change. They include, President of the Poker Players Alliance Michael Bolcerek, North Dakota politician Jim Kasper, CEO of TruePoker.com Davis Gzesh, attorneys Joseph Kelly and Peter McGreevy, and many others.

The conference also includes a cocktail party and a poker industry tournament designed to find out who the best player is among the attending executives.
