Doyle Brunson and DoylesRoom.com will host a poker tournament at this year's Sundance Film Festival that will feature some of the world's most beautiful people playing for Operation Smile, a charitible organization that provides reconstructive surgery to deformed children and adults in need around the world. The invitation-only event will be held at a private home in the middle of Sundance on Sunday, Jan. 21.
"Sundance is one of the premiere events for Hollywood and the film industry and I'm so glad to be a part of it," said Brunson. "I can't wait to get out to Utah and show those celebrities how we play poker in Texas."
The tourney was announced last week, but information about it was just released today.
Confirmed players include: Brunson, Screen Actors Guild President Alan Rosenberg, Sundance featured writer and director Adam Rifkin, Lance Bass & Reichen Lehmkuhl, "That 70s Show" alum Danny Masterson, actors Nick Cannon, Jeremy Sisto, David Moscow, rapper/actress Eve, actress Bijou Philips, and more names are being released as the days go on.
The winner receives a grand prize gift bag that includes a two-hour private poker session with Doyle Brunson, $5,000 wardrobe from Rocawear, $3,000 bottle service at PM Lounge NYC, Boost Mobile one year service and phone, wardrobe from Ed Hardy, and other things.
