Wynn Las VegasThe next stop of the Card Player Poker Tour will take place amid the luxury and comfort of the best poker room in Las Vegas. Beginning Feb. 25, the Wynn will host the CPPT for a 14-tournament series featuring a $2,100 no-limit hold’em $300,000 guarantee main event. The series will conclude Mar. 18.

Both exceptional and energetic, Wynn’s tournament schedules are matched only by the cachet that comes with playing in a resort that boasts more Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Awards than any other in the world.

Roger Thomas, Wynn’s executive vice president of design said, “We spend a lot of time speaking with some of the best known players in the world to ensure we are offering a singular experience. One that is on par with our beautiful restaurants or the sumptuous amenities inside the rooms.”

“Steve Wynn always talks about creating remarkable experiences. Those that you’re sure to remember and will entice you to return, and such a feeling extends of course to both the level of play and the level of comfort and design you will find in the poker room.”

The CPPT formerly stopped at the Wynn in March 2013 and saw high-stakes cash games regular Ray Dehkharghani win the main event for $235,931, one of the largest main event wins in CPPT history.
