After a successful preliminary series, which awarded more than $305,000 in prize pool payouts, the Foxwoods Resort Casino $1,650 no-limit hold’em $300,000 guaranteed main event will begin Feb. 7.
The main event will feature two starting flights, one at 11 am and another at 5 pm on day 1. Players will start with 30,000 in chips and play 40-minute levels for the first 12 levels. Re-entries will be allowed during the two starting flights. On day 2, play will move to one hour levels and day 3 will play down to a winner.
Cardplayer.com will feature live reports from the tournament floor throughout the main event and the final table will be live-streamed in its entirety on Feb. 9, complete with commentary.
