The final table is set in the 2025 Card Player Poker Tour Venetian $1,000,000 guaranteed $1,600 no-limit hold’em main event. After three starting flights and another full day of action, the field of 588 entries has been narrowed down to just six contenders with a shot at the title and the top prize of $167,076.
The remaining players will return at noon on Sunday, Feb. 16 for the final table, which will be live streamed on Venetian Poker Live starting at 1:00 PM local time. The cards-up action will be broadcast from the venue’s brand new Poker Studio, with production and distribution by PokerGO.
Dan Stavila enters the final day as the chip leader with 5,675,000. Stavila has nearly $820,000 in prior tournament earnings, including a runner-up finish in last year’s World Poker Tour Montreal main event for $205,520.
Hot on Stavila’s heels is Victor Shih with 5,660,000. The Las Vegas resident will be well situated to add to his nearly $450,000 in tournament earnings in a major way at this final table, having already locked up at least $36,561 for making it this far.

Day 2 of this event began with 75 players remaining, all of whom had locked up at least $4,088 by making it through their respective starting flights. Plenty of big names hit the rail on the way down to the final table, including WPT Venetian champion Ben Palmer (74th), WPT champion Justin Young (73rd), 2021 CPPT Venetian champion Ankush Mandavia (49th), 2024 WSOP Circuit Commerce main event winner Jessica Vierling (47th), start-of-day chip leader David Coleman (39th), five-time bracelet winner and three-time WPT champion Anthony Zinno (41st), bracelet winner Nicholas Pupillo (31st), WPT champion James Romero (25th), bracelet winner and WPT champion Ryan Tosoc (22nd), three-time bracelet winner Nipun Java (18th), Darren Rabinowitz (15th), bracelet winner Mitchell Halverson (14th), Michael Rossitto (11th), and bracelet winner Francis Anderson (8th).
Action concluded at the end of day 2 with 11:07 remaining in level 27, with blinds of 40,000-80,000 and a big blind ante of 80,000.
