Though the date for John Lefebvre's and Steven Lawrence's preliminary hearings was set for February 14, 2007, the hearing will now be delayed for at least 30 days.

Meanwhile, NETELLER has announced job cuts caused by the company's withdrawal from the US market. Almost 58 percent of NETELLER's once 1,000-strong labor force will be laid off as a result of the case against the company's founders.

Ron Martin, NETELLER's president and CEO was quoted as saying, "We would like to thank all of our employees, who have contributed to the growth of the NETELLER business over the past few years, and for those who have left or will be leaving the group, we wish you well for the future."

Trading in NETELLER's shares continue to be suspended. US clients are still awaiting funds that were frozen as a result of the US government's actions, actions that have now been delayed by the Department of Justice.
