Daniel Negreanu is poker’s all-time money leader with $30,533,198 in live tournament earnings. He’s a two-time Card Player Player of the Year winner, a six-time WSOP bracelet winner and a two-time WPT champion. This week he also had a documentary about his life and career premiere on TSN, the largest sports network in his native Canada.
The Poker Hall of Fame member is also arguably the game’s biggest star and most notable ambassador. One of the ways he helps promote the game is through his Twitter account, which he uses to talk about issues affecting the game and sometimes even hand out some strategy advice. He sent one such tweet during the 2014 World Series of Poker:
Poker tip: being adaptive and balancing your play are both important, but in tourney poker being ADAPTIVE trumps balance. Always exploit!
