It might never happen, but one Las Vegas sports book is opening up action on a potential bout between MMA’s Conor McGregor and boxing’s Floyd Mayweather Jr.

A manager at the Westgate SuperBook said Thursday on Twitter that the Irishman has opened as a +1100 underdog for the boxing match, while Mayweather is a -2500 favorite.

According to a report from ESPN, wagers are currently limited to $2,000.

The Westgate SuperBook said that the odds are for a bout that must take place before June 2018.

Irish bookmaker Paddy Power thinks there’s an 80 percent chance the fight happens before the end of 2018. McGregor is 28, and Mayweather is 39.

McGregor (21-3 MMA) and Mayweather (49-0 boxing) are still engaged in public talks about the fight, while the UFC has offered them $25 million each for the event. McGregor has indicated he won’t be defending his UFC lightweight title anytime soon, and he could end up trying to fight Mayweather without UFC involvement. A court battle would likely ensure if he goes that route.

Mayweather has said that the fight would happen at around 150 pounds.
