If you love poker tournaments, the Card Player Poker Tour has the poker event for you!

For the third time in so many years, the CPPT heads to the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Maarten, famous for its low-flying jumbo jets visible from the Sonesta Maho Resort. Casino Royale and the great poker team from Card Player Cruises will again host the popular poker festival.

A total of 39 poker tournaments featuring no-limit hold’em, Omaha eight-or-better, pot-limit Omaha, and pineapple will be offered from March 30 – April 9, with buy-ins ranging from $50 to $1,100.

Click here for a full look at the tournament schedule.

The tournament series will include multi-table events, Survivor events, bounty events, as well as 14 mega satellites to provide players the opportunity to win their way into the main event. For the late-night crowd, there will be four Midnight Madness tournaments. Cash games are spread as well!

Linda Johnson and Jan Fisher will be on hand to serve as hosts, while the always-popular Zack Lawmaster is returning as the tournament director. The poker action begins Thursday, March 30 and runs through April 9. The main event, which has an $1,100 buy-in and a $100,000 guaranteed prize pool, is scheduled for April 7-9. A complete tournament schedule can be found here.

Just a few steps away from the resort lobby lies the largest casino on the island. Guests at Sonesta Maho have to only cross the street to get to Casino Royale’s main doors and enter into 21,000 square feet of gaming possibilities. Casino Royale is home to 21 pit game tables featuring American and French roulette, craps, blackjack, three-card poker, Let it Ride, Caribbean Poker, and Texas hold’em. Beyond the tables, patrons will find more than 400 slot machines ranging from classic games to video slots.

Visit the CPPT homepage for more information on the tour and upcoming stops.
