On Monday, July 17, the Venetian poker room and their DeepStack Extravaganza will host the first of two starting flights in the $5,000 buy-in Card Player Poker Tour main event.
Named by USA Today as one of the best poker series outside of the World Series of Poker, the DeepStack Extravaganza is wrapping up a ten-week, action-packed schedule that included 111 total events and more than $21 million in guarantees in a variety of games and formats with buy-ins as low as $200 and as high as $10,000.
Players in the main event will start with a generous 25,000 in chips and enjoy 75-minute levels on day 1, and 90-minute levels from day 2 until a champion is crowned on Friday, July 21. Players can register for the tournament up until 7 p.m. on day 2.
