Tomorrow, Full Tilt Poker holds its first two-day tournament as part of the fifth installment of its
FTOPS series.
The $2,620 no-limit event, which is hosted by
Phil Ivey, has a guaranteed prize pool of $600,000. As of Friday afternoon, more than 80 players were entered. First place will top $155,000.
The tournament starts at 3 p.m. ET Saturday, Aug. 18. Once only 18 players are left (or until the blinds reach level 15), play will be suspended until 3 p.m. the next day. Players start with $5,000 in chips and levels are 30 minutes long.
There are still plenty of qualifying opportunities to get into this major event for much less than $2,620. Visit Full Tilt Poker's lobby for this tournament to see the list of qualifiers. A $535 mega turbo-satellite is scheduled to take place tomorrow, and satellites for this start at $75.
Players can use Full Tilt's extensive tournament qualifier ticket program to win a $75 token, and sats start as low as $4.40.
