PokerGO announced the 2022 first quarter schedule for the PokerGO Tour on Tuesday. The high-stakes tour will kick off its 2022 slate on January 5 with the first of four events taking place at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.
“The PokerGO Tour is thrilled to unveil the first group of events for the 2022 season,” said Mori Eskandani, President of PokerGO. “In its first season, the PGT made its mark on the poker world by providing players and fans everywhere with some truly memorable moments. We look forward to building upon the momentum from the PokerGO Tour’s first season as we continue to showcase the game’s elite players in the world’s most competitive high-stakes tournaments.”
The early 2022 schedule includes a pair of all-new events. The first is the Stairway to Millions series, which will run from Jan. 13-20 at the ARIA Resort & Casino. It features eight tournaments with progressively larger buy-ins, starting at $1,000 and growing to $100,000 by the end of the week. The second in the $100,00 buy-in PokerGO Heads-Up Championship which kicks off on Feb. 12.
Returning favorites include the PokerGO Cup, the Super High Roller Bowl Russia presented by Luxon Pay, the U.S. Poker Open, and more Venetian high roller events in February.
