The 2022 Card Player Poker Tour bestbet Jacksonville series series is now in the final stretch, with the $3,000 CPPT bestbet Jacksonville no-limit hold’em main event having kicked off this afternoon with the first of two starting flights. With 14 events now in the books, more than $789,000 in prize money has already been paid out.

Event no. 10 of the 2022 Card Player Poker Tour bestbet Jacksonville series was a $260 buy-in no-limit hold’em tournament. With a total of 84 entries, the prize pool grew to $18,060.
In the end, Fred Evans came away with the title and the top prize of $4,308. Evens struck a heads-up deal with Michael Williams, who took home $4,307 as the runner-up finisher.

The $360 no-limit hold’em ‘Monster Stack’ event drew a field of 117 entries, building a prize pool of $35,100 that was split up among the top 15 finishers.
After an exciting day of tournament action, Daniel Zuheir emerged victorious with the trophy and the top prize of $9,344.
This was the second-largest cash yet for Zuheir, who won a $400 buy-in WSOP Circuit event in 2019 for $94,002.

Starr Valdez topped a field of 56 entries in the $320 buy-in CPPT bestbet Jacksonville ladies event.
Valdez earned $5,044 as the champion, the fifth-largest live tournament score on her resume. She now has nearly $97,000 in recorded tournament earnings to her name.

The $500 pot-limit Omaha event drew 26 entries. The $11,180 prize pool was paid out between the top four finishers, with the lion’s share going to Mark Eisenfeld.
This was Eisenfeld’s largest recorded live tournament cash and first career title.
Nghia Le, who finished 35th in the 2018 World Series of Poker main event for $230,475, placed fourth for $1,591.

Sebastiaan De Jonge took down the $1,000 buy-in no-limit hold’em six-max event that wrapped up the day before the main event kicked off.
De Jonge overcame a field of 69 entries, securing $18,978 and the title.
This was the German player’s third career live tournament title. The win increased his lifetime recorded earnings to more than $425,000.
Third-place finisher Le Tieu was at his third final table of the series, with a runner-up and third-place finish under his belt before this deep run.
Kelley Slay secured $2,572 as the seventh-place finisher. This was his fifth cash of the series, and just shy of his second final-table showing.
