UltimateBet Aruba Poker Classic Attracts Huge Field

Annette ObrestadThe $5,500 UltimateBet Aruba Poker Classic entered its third day today when 246 players returned to play for the top prize of $797,355. Thanks to two day ones, this is the first time all of the players will be playing at the same time.

The tournament attracted 548 entrants, including many big names like Mike Matusow, Annette Obrestad, Robert Williamson III, Kristy Gazes, Joe Sebok, and Annie Duke, among others.

Play will go on until there are 36 players left or the clock hits 2 a.m., and the final table of the event will take place Saturday. The total prize pool generated is more than $2.7 million.
