Another week, another incredible way for CardPlayer.com readers to snag seats into the Bodog $100,000-guaranteed event (worth $109). The football season is nearing its end, and the end of the exclusive Bodog/Card Player football-celebrating satellites comes with it. Tomorrow's tournament is the second-to-last event in the promotion. Like last week, this week will once again be a free (or extremely cheap, depending on how you do) way for Card Player readers to win their way into the site's major Sunday event, and players who deposit money on Bodog (or already have money on the site) have a slight edge with the ability to rebuy.

The satellite, which is open for registration now, will be held Saturday at 5 p.m. Eastern time. The event will be a sixhanded freeroll tournament wherein players start with 1,000 in chips. While that first 1,000 in chips is free, there are unlimited $1 rebuys for the first hour and a $1 add-on for 2,000 in chips at the first break. One out of every 25 entrants will win a seat into the $100,000-guaranteed tournament on Sunday.

The satellite is capped at 600 entrants, which means up to 24 players will win their way into the Sunday event. Players are encouraged to sign up for the tournament early, as these tournaments have been filling up very quickly. If you need to sign up for Bodog and deposit money, do so as soon as possible to ensure that you have the funds in time to rebuy when you play. Click here to sign up for Bodog and to take advantage of a 110 percent deposit bonus through Card Player.

The tournament is called the CardPlayer Superbowl Special, and it can be found in the lobby of the Bodog software by clicking on the “Scheduled Tournament” tab, the “Daily” tab, and then the “Private” radio button. The password to register for tomorrow's event is “byeweek” (all lowercase).

The $100,000-guaranteed event, held every Sunday at 4 p.m. ET, has been showing an increased value as of late with overlays reaching nearly $40,000. The overlays mean more bang for a player's buy-in buck, as the lower turnouts mean less competition for the paying spots and larger payouts for most of those who cash in the events.

Keep an eye out for the final Bodog/CardPlayer tournament next Saturday, Feb. 2. Readers can find the name and password for that event on CardPlayer.com on Friday, Feb. 1. Sign up for Bodog now by clicking here.
