World Poker Tour Will be Broadcast in India

WPTE Signed Contract with Indian Sports Network

World Poker Tour Enterprises will soon be introduced to one of the largest audiences in the world: India.

WPTE has signed an agreement with Zee Sports, which is India’s first private sports channel, to air episodes of the World Poker Tour. The first episodes will air in September.

Zee Sports will broadcast 19 two-hour episodes from season four, and the network will promote the WPT heavily on its network, which also broadcasts football, cricket, tennis, motor sports, and golf.
