Gambling website 888.com will float its stock on the London Stock Exchange by the of this month.
The company is operated by Cassava Enterprises, which also operates ReefClubCasino.com and PacificPoker.com. The Gibraltar-based company is valued at more than $1.3 billion.
According to the London Stock Exchange, the company will reveal its half-year results next week.
It will join PartyGaming, which owns PartyPoker.com, StarLuckCasino.com and PartyBingo.com, as the second online company to launch an IPO on the London Stock Exchange this year.
