Revamped Card Player Newsletter Features Exclusive Prizes

Card Player recently updated the look of its bi-monthly newsletter, but the look wasn't all that changed. Card Player and its partners have been working to get Card Player newsletter subscribers exclusive access to special tournaments, newsletter-subscriber-only contests, and two free full-length poker training videos from Card Player Pro.

Newsletter subscribers can expect to hear about Card Player-exclusive tournaments, the passwords for which are only given out to fellow newsletter subscribers, thus guaranteeing small fields for value-added or freeroll tournaments. Players also will get early access to Card Player-exclusive tournaments that are open to all Card Player readers, including those for the new value-added tournaments being hosted by Bodog.

In addition to the exclusive tournaments, every edition of the newsletter features a trivia contest wherein newsletter subscribers can submit answers and, if correct, get entered into a prize drawing. The winner of the most-recent edition of the newsletter was awarded a quarterly membership to SpadeClub, a subscription-based poker site (a $49.99 value).

Finally, every newsletter links to a subscriber-only page with access to two free full-length poker training videos, courtesy of Card Player Pro (powered by PokerSavvy Plus). These videos are not clips, they are full, complete videos, as one would have access to with a full membership to Card Player Pro. (A seven-day free trial to Card Player Pro is also available.)
