Phil Hellmuth will play in a charity tournament sponsored by the TASER Foundation, a nonprofit organization that exists to honor fallen police officers.

Twenty "high roller" seats are up for grabs for $1,000 to play in a tournament with Hellmuth, and 100 other players will buy in for a $150 donation for the general tournament, which will be held on Saturday, Nov. 5, at TASER's headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Major sponsors include the Poker Players Alliance, GT Distributors, Inc., of Austin, and Dittus Communications of Washington, DC. The event includes prizes to the top 10 finishers, a silent auction, cigar and martini bar and live
entertainment with 100 percent of the net proceeds to go directly to support the families of fallen officers.

The TASER Foundation was established in 2004 with a mission to honor the service and sacrifice of officers lost in the line of duty. During the first year, the TASER Foundation has granted $715,000 to over 140 families across the
Untied States and Canada.
