PartyPoker.com has announced the Million Dollar Race taking place between May 1 and 30. The leaderboard race will see 
the top 3,000 players share over $1 million with the winner receiving $20,000 cash and a World Series of Poker package worth $20,000.
A spokesman for the company explained the promotion. “[It] is simple - the more Race Points you earn the higher up in the leader board you climb and the more cash and prizes you can win. We are under starters’ orders and off for our biggest ever rake race this Friday. The race has great prizes from 1st through to 3000th!”
Elsewhere the company will hold its fourth Monthly Million this weekend. Qualification is currently underway on the site. Last month the Million was split between a Danish and Dutch player.
