The PartyPoker.com Sports Stars Challenge is back from May 29 to Jun. 1 in London and for the first time ever Matchroom Sport has included heats for motorsport pros, top golfers, and online qualifiers. Some of the sports stars taking part are Formula 1 driver Giancarlo Fisichella; world class golfers Graeme McDowell and Jean Van Der Velde; football legends such as Frank De Boer, Frank Leboeuf, and Jan Molby; boxers Sven Ottke and Martin Rogan, and many others.
Players at the site were given the opportunity to win a seat via a freeroll in the sports heat of their choice, and two online qualifiers will join each heat. The overall winner will receive £20,000, second place will see £10,000, and third, £5,000. Last year’s winner was recent Irish Open second place finisher Kara Scott.
Elsewhere at PartyPoker, the latest Montly Million saw 1,361 runners with 200 places paid from the massive million dollar prize pool. The top ten payouts were --

Last month saw an even bigger field of 1,567, and the shared top prize between Holland and Denmark went to “AceBarbara” and “IIIPLAYMEIII”.
