Expekt.com Signs Scotty Nguyen as Ambassador

Online gaming company Expekt.com has signed one of the most well-known faces of poker, Scotty Nguyen as its new ambassador. Nguyen’s duties to the site include two video blogs per month, and one column based on poker strategy each month also.

Nguyen says, “Overall I will be the face of Expekt.com Poker and play WSOP and more live tournaments in the late summer and autumn. It will be great fun, baby.”

The Vietnamese legend’s list of titles is endless, including first place in the main event of the World Series of Poker and also in the _WSOP_’s $50,000 H.O.R.S.E. tournament. His most recent score was $339,743 for taking down the H.O.R.S.E. event at the L.A. Poker Classic. Overall, Nguyen has more than $10.7 million in lifetime winnings.

Dan Vikman, P.R. Manager at the site, says, “We are really looking forward to work [sic] with Scotty. He is the prince of poker and our poker customers have an exciting 2009 to look forward to with Scotty onboard.”
