It has witnessed the making of champions, touched each and every all-in, and felt the sweat-inducing highs and tear-stained lows of the most prestigious poker tournament in the world. And now it’s up for sale.
The World Series of Poker ESPN TV table has crowned the likes of Greg Raymer, Joe Hachem, and Jamie Gold at the final of the main event, not to mention the many greats who have sat at it in their quest for gold. It is now being auctioned on eBay with bidding beginning at $3,000.
The sale includes the original autographed felt by Gold, used during his historic $12 million win, plus one extra felt from the WSOP 2006 or one of the buyer’s choice from another WSOP event in 2005/2006 that is available in the archives. The historic table does not come with cameras, but they are available at an extra cost. Shipping is local pick-up only, so if you’re from overseas, you will also have a great excuse for a trip to Vegas.
With six days left, it should be interesting to see just how much fans are willing to pay for a slice of poker history.
