CelebPoker.com, the UK-based online poker room, has announced it will move from the Boss network to the iPoker network on August 12 after concluding that players would “benefit greatly from the cutting edge technology offered by Playtech." Playtech company owns and operates iPoker.
The move will allow CelebPoker players the opportunity to play against 35,000 other cash game players.
David Donovan, founder of CelebPoker, said, “Since 2003, we have always tried to offer our players the best possible poker experience available on the internet. And after many successful years with Boss Media, we felt that the game had moved on and we needed to offer our players more. The iPoker network is held in very high regard by our valued customers. So we listened to them.
“This represents a great move and a major step forward for CelebPoker. Not only will players benefit from monthly jackpots that are 20 times greater than before, but some of the promotions and sponsored packages on offer [to showcase live poker tournaments] are breathtaking.”
iPoker is one of the fastest growing poker networks.
