Harrah's to Sell Grand Casino in Gulfport, Mississippi

Site Will Be Sold to Neighboring Casino

Harrah's will sell its severely damaged Grand Casino property in Gulfport, Mississippi to Gulfside Casino Partnership in an "as-is" condition for an undisclosed price.

The sale is subject to the receipt of required regulatory approvals, but Harrah's expect it to be finalized by the end of the first quarter in 2006. Harrah's will retain all insurance proceeds.

Gulfside Casino Partnership owns the Copa Casino site and will use the the former Harrah's site to expand its property.
