Annie Duke has taken on and beaten most of the toughest poker pros around, and now she's taking on the world. Or at least that's what her new TV special is called. Annie Duke Takes on the World will air on GSN tonight (May 1), from 9-10 p.m., EST.

The show will feature Duke as host and actor Regan Burns, who appeared in the shows Oblivious and Titus, as cohost. They'll watch and comment on the play of four amateur poker players. The last one standing will play Texas hold'em one-on-one against Duke.

Duke is most renowned for winning $2 million in the 2004 no-limit Texas hold'em invitation-only WSOP Tournament of Champions. She also has been linked as a teacher and poker coach to Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.

GSN is formerly known as The Game Show Network and airs the Poker Royale suite of shows, a series that pits two poker teams against each other. Themes have included young players versus old players, professionals against celebrities, and comedians versus the pros.
