For the greater part of the last century, ‘Donner,’ ‘Vixen,’ and ‘Rudolph’ have been known as some of the mythical creatures that help Santa Claus on his big day. Now, Cake Poker wants you to associate them with one other thing – some great value poker tournaments.
Starting Dec. 20 and running through Dec. 27, “reindeer games” will be running exclusively on Cake Poker. The new holiday promotion features special events where players can compete in tournaments that have added values and prizes — anything from a seat to the 2010 World Series of Poker to a Super Bowl prize package to a big-screen TV to cold, hard cash for knocking certain players out.
The buy-ins for the unique tournaments vary anywhere from a freeroll to $25, and players can use their Gold Chips in lieu of money to sign up.
Anyone who has a Gold Card from time at a cash game will be eligible for over $100,000 in lottery giveaways, which are running now through Jan. 9.
