PokerStars.com has launched a daily $2,000 freeroll for British and Irish online poker players.
The tournaments take place each evening at 9:30 p.m. GMT for the next six weeks and players who miss the game or bust out early can jump into the $250 freeroll at 10:30 p.m..
Emma Crowe, regional marketing director for PokerStars said, “The cold, dark nights of January and February are traditionally the most months of the year for online poker play. We feel that the new daily freeroll will appeal to a wide range of poker players. By adding £2,000 to the prize pool everyday for six weeks PokerStars are once again showing their commitment to rewarding players who use the world’s largest poker site.”
The announcements come ahead of the next stop on the PokerStars UK & Ireland Poker Tour taking place in Manchester, England from Feb. 11 to 14.
