Aditya AgarwalIt’s only been a week since the last Online Player of the Year update, but what a week it’s been. Thanks to the ongoing UB Online Championship (UBOC) and increased guarantees at Full Tilt Poker, the field sizes and prize pools have exploded to create more OPOY-qualifying tournaments than ever.

The end result is a complete shake-up of the top 10, with five newcomers kicking out some of the one-and-done big Sunday winners.

William “imahustla1” Givens stills leads the pack thanks to the discovery of his PokerStars screen name “punisher03.” Turns out, Givens not only won the Sunday $750,000 guarantee and the _$1K Monday, but he also took down the Nightly Hundred Grand earlier this year.

Second-place resident Aditya “Intervention” Agarwal (pictured above right) is no stranger to the top of the rankings, after spending much of 2009 in the top 10. Agarwal has picked up right where he left off, cashing nine times thus far, winning the Wednesday Quarter Million and finishing runner-up in two $100 rebuys.

Third place belongs to relative unknown Brent “greener_tree” Belser, who started off his 2010 campaign with a win in the $50 rebuy. He then finisher runner-up in the Sunday Mulligan and fourth in the UBOC event No. 8 on the same night, picking up $135,000 in the process.

Kevin MacPheeSitting in fourth place is Kevin “ImaLuckSac” MacPhee, (pictured left) who is already one of the most respected online grinders around, having won over $1.2 million in his short career. So far this year, MacPhee has seven cashes and three final tables, including a win in the Sunday Brawl for $86,963.

After a quiet week, Eric “AceQuad” Brix fell three spots to number five in the rankings. Card Player caught up with the Sunday Million winner for this week’s edition of the “Online Zone,” which you can watch on Card Player TV.

The rest of the top 10 is rounded out by Casey “bigdogpckt5s” Jarzabek (tie-sixth), Ronald “ronaldgrauer” Grauer (tie-sixth), Phillip “philbort” Gruissem (eighth), Niels “TheMiltMan” Rikhof (ninth), and Jonathan “IveGotToejam” Wein (10th).
