Roland de Wolfe By Mickey MayThe PartyPoker Premier League IV league stages have come to an end with only four out of the six seats secured for the final. The players taking those seats are Phil Laak, David Benyamine, Giovanni Safina, and Luke “FullFlush” Schwartz. Online qualifier and amateur poker player, Safina, said, “It was emotional to play with the world’s top pros at the start but now I am confident.”

For the early hours of the final heat a stuffed monkey took the place of Schwartz, while Roland de Wolfe [pictured right] was dressed as Darth Vader and Tony G as Kermit the Frog. Things get serious now however with a $1.5 million prize pool hanging over their heads.

Four players will go heads up tomorrow to decide which two will join the others in the final. In a best-of-three format, Daniel Negreanu faces current champ JC Tran, and Team Party member Ian Frazer battles Roland de Wolfe.

Those who hit the rail earlier in the event included Phil Hellmuth, Yevgeniy Timoshenko, Vanessa Rousso, and Tony G.
