(LVFH), the gaming software company that develops and leases its software to a large number of online poker and gaming sites, announced that its common shares have been accepted and have commenced trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is one of the largest stock exchanges in the world.

Located in Vancouver, LVFH's subsidiary, Antiguan-based Action Poker Gaming, Inc., licenses its products to third parties all over the world.
