PokerStars, PartyPoker, Chilipoker, and Partouche Poker were among the second-round of companies to be awarded licences for the newly regulated French gambling and poker markets.
PartyGaming is the only one of the four to also be awarded a sports betting licence. The company has been active with business-to-business deals in France over the past few months.
The first French-only sites are expected to be operational later in the summer.
The first tranche of licences were issued early this month and included Everest Gaming, Betclic, and bwin.
