PaddyPowerPoker.com has announced the full schedule for its Irish Winter Festival taking place in Dublin’s Burlington Hotel over the October Bank Holiday weekend (Oct. 22-25).
The three-day €1,500 + €150 buy-in Irish Masters main event kicks off on Oct. 23, but is not the only tournament to look forward to. There is also a new €200 + €20 no-limit hold’em freezeout side event on Oct. 23, a €100 + €10 Blind Mans Bluff World Championship event on Oct. 24, plus a €100 + €10 Irish Mythical Championship event on Oct. 25. The €500 + €50 no-limit hold’em freezeout and €300 + €30 round of each freezeout side events will return for the festival this year also.
Paddy Power, Communications Manager for the site, said, “The Irish Winter Festival is back in Dublin city centre and it’s bigger than ever before. We’ve got more events for more people at more buy-ins, and have thrown in a heap more entertainment and activities too.
“We’ve even added a World Championship event to the proceedings with the new Blind Mans Bluff tournament – so it’s the ideal chance to come down to the festival, play some poker, have the craic, and leave a winner.”
On Oct 22 there will be a €150 + €15 no-limit hold’em rebuy Irish Masters Super Satellite. Last year the satellite was a great success and 50 main event seats were taken down. In the run up to the festival, there are Irish Masters super satellites every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evening at PaddyPowerPoker.com, with feeders running daily, plus many other ways to ensure a seat in this year’s Irish Winter Festival.
